“I would give 0 for customer service if I could. Seems to be a theme of the staff working on Saturdays.
No offer for help, so I gathered my items myself, really struggled to close the change rooms thick curtin on my own. I needed different sizes and no staff in site. After about 10 minutes of waiting and calling out I gathered my belongings and left. I let the staff know at the counter that I was waiting for help in the change rooms and I was met with a sarcastic tone that I 'should of called out more', along with a smug, mean girl attitude. There was no attempt to help the situation.
Staff were also unpresentable and on their phones.
Had about $300 worth of clothes i was going to buy. Won't be shopping here again, especially because its clear from past complaints about the customer service that nothing has changed. Very upset.”
“Review of Forever New Brand - Extremely Poor Customer Service Experience
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Forever New store located in DFO South Wharf. The encounter left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer.
Firstly, upon returning a product, I encountered the store manager who displayed appalling behavior. Not only did she refuse to process a refund for the item, but she did so in an incredibly rude and hostile manner. Her tone was condescending, and she almost shouted at me during our interaction.
To exacerbate the situation, instead of offering a solution or attempting to rectify the issue, she simply directed me to return the item online. This suggestion was not only unhelpful but also highly inconvenient, especially considering I had made the effort to physically visit the store.
This encounter has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I can confidently say that I will never patronize Forever New again. Furthermore, based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this brand to anyone else. The complete lack of respect and professionalism demonstrated by the store manager is unacceptable in any customer service environment.”
