“ I sent these good folks a 55 YEAR OLD cassette I'd recorded as a little kid who wanted to be a marine biologist. It was the early 70s and my family didn't have a super 8 camera, so this was literally the only recorded relic of the sound of my voice and sense of personality as a 10 year old. After carrying the cassette around for decades, I finally tried to play it to record as an MP3 and, naturally, the tape broke in the first second. I sent it to Forever Studios expecting little but knowing from their reviews that they'd do their best. WELL...did they ever! Not only did they somehow transfer the entire 90 minutes of squeaky nonsense to digital audio, not only did they clean up the audio to remove noise and improve voice quality but - even though I'd told them that I didn't care about the physical cassette, just what was on it - they even sent me back the cassette tape repaired!! AMAZING people and priceless service, thank you all so much!!!!! ”
