"After reading several reviews this has confirmed my disbelief & doubts regarding my refund. I have been WAITING for my REFUND since returning my order on May 24th 2023 & it is now nearing the end of July! This is appalling & disgusting that I am yet to still receive this! I was sent an acknowledgement email to confirm that you had received my order & that my refund would be processed within 14 days, yet still no refund. It amazes me that this company is still on all social platforms & getting \"influencers\" to promote their company. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I ordered 2 sizes in the same dress for an event at the races because I have never ordered from here before & was unsure on the fit. I sent one size back but didn't expect to still be waiting, I did this through Klarna thankfully so all payments are paused at this moment in time but it is not the point & I want this cleared. It wouldn't surprise me if this was one of the clothing company's caught out for fraud in CHEATHAMHILL that was aired on ITV News recently. One word of advice.. Think twice about ordering from here!"

"I have always had issues when it comes to refund from forever unique. They started charging you for retuning. My refund is taking almost 2months now . I totally agree with some review that says This company is a scam and struggling."
