“Absolutely Fantastic and very quick service ,very professionally packed came in a beautiful box. Courier service was excellent .Had to phone customer service for some information and couldn't of been any nicer and very helpful . CAROLINE”

“I love that now you offer free returns, however I do wish that the long dresses were a bit shorter. I'm 5ft 7, or 5ft 10 in heels and they are still too long or need altering. When the dresses have two layers this can cost £40. W”

“Item was beautifully wrapped and presented in a lovely box. Would say that as I only ordered a bikini, then it may be more cost effective and environmentally friendly to send small items in a smaller box. Bikini was lovely but unfortunately not suited to my figure! Had to return but only as my body was the issue, not the garment. Item has been returned via Collect plus so I am just waiting to have a refund.”

“Ordering and delivery were excellent. The delivery time was specific - between 5.30 and 6.30 pm. The dress was beautifully packed and the parcel included a storage bag for the dress. Sadly the dress was too short for someone of my age so I had to return it.”

“Ordered my parcel which came on time. Dresses were in a lovely box with clothes bags. I ordered two dresses and loved one of them which I'll keep and the other can go back on free return!”
