“Quick delivery”

“As a company the process of ordering to delivery is excellent. The two tops are ordered arrived promptly and were well packaged. Unfortunately howevythe tops were far too smal for me. I had ordered size 14 which is usually a comfortable fit for me. As they were such lovely tops I passed them to my daughter in law who is a definite size 8/10 and they fit her perfectly so she got to keep them. Sizing therefore was the issue for me 🙁”

“Bought both jacket and trousers.Unfortunately the trousers were too small. I bought the large as stated being 12/14 which I am. That were far too snug. Sadly both jacket and trousers have been sent back.”

“Very happy 😀 the sizes and advice given regarding sizes were quite acurate. I ordered on a bank holiday weekend and received my delivery within 3 days. Both items fitted well will definitely be ordering again”

“Delivery came within time,the dress that i had ordered was beautiful denim,however size was dissapointing because L is not L it is more M.It is not true to size simillar to chinese sizing.I know that size L should be at least 14 but nowhere near.Very sad because the dress was amazing nowhere to find like that.If only there could be bigger sizes.”

“Communicated the delivery process really well - made you feel like you knew when the order was coming, rather than just a guessing game until DPD sent you the ETA. The only issue was the Posie dress was really crumpled when I took it out the bag, and it's the sort of material I wasn't confident in ironing. Would be great if there was a packaging solution that would make material like this stay as smooth as possible.”
