“I purchased a dress on line which I found extremely easy to do. When it came it was too small. The returns policy was very good and straight forward, I just returned it to my nearest post office free of charge. I'm absolutely impressed with forever unigue and will continue buying from them. Thank you Mrs Weems.”

“I was so thrilled when the dress arrived and it fitted like a glove. However, I am not a giant, I am 5'6" and even with a three inch heel am less than the model in bare feet. Can you make dresses of a length for normal people?! Unfortunately, the style I chose was not one that could be shortened sufficiently given all the detailing down the dress and around the bottom edge, it would have lost the look. Soooooooooooooooooooooooo disappointing.”

“Driver left Parcel up against my conservatory door when I arrived home it was no longer there. Driver sent a photo showing where it was left when delivered and this was in full few of people. Have emailed company awaiting reply”

“I emailed forever unique because the frock I wanted was out of stock. They got straight back to me when it came back in! The quality and design of my frock is just beautiful! The packaging is outstanding,it'll be a shame to throw it away! Well done forever unique for making me a happy girl????”

“Do not order from this company, order placed 5 days ago, payment taken, no dress has arrived. On chasing up was informed dress out of stock, person on phone very unhelpful, could not explain why my order was taken, could not even inform me when my payment will be returned!”

“The design is perfect - absolutely beautiful designs I find on this website. However, one major let down is the fabric; I thought for a dress which is quite pricey if anything the fabric would be top notch however it feels a bit cheap. Everything else though, including customer service is great. Thanks”
