“Fantastic service. Unfortunatly the dress didnt fit and so will be returned. However i have been so pleased with the ordering system that i have already bought an alternative dress to exchange”

“Ordering process great, fast delivery and gorgeously packaged! Unfortunately top I ordered has biro marks on it and a hole in shoulder seam. Now I have to get to a post office to return it !! Annoying and time consuming. Who does your quality control ???”

“I was really impressed with the service offered by Forever Unique. I ordered the Jamilia dress and I was kept informed of dispatch and delivery times right up until it arrived at exactly the estimated delivery time within 2 days. My parcel was extremely well packaged and felt like a special purchase when opening which was nice as I had splashed out on it for a wedding. The dress itself was beautiful but didn't suit me so I returned it, and the returns process was easy and fuss free - I simply packed it back up in the same box and returned free of charge from the post office. I received an email 4 days later confirming that my refund had been processed so I was very happy with the whole service and would definitely use Forever Unique next time I need to buy a special occasion dress.”

“Ordered a top, got an email to say it had been dispatched. A week later got an email to say no longer in stock and that i had been refunded. Very bad business. Wont use the site again.”
