Regrettably, it is difficult and time consuming when returning items: please send a returns labels - all your competitors do. I have had to pass on so many gorgeous clothes because the zips are at the back: unless I had 6 inches to my arms. Having said that: absolutely beautiful clothes.

Dress was perfect and loved it the other was faulty but they sent out another replacement as soon as I showed them my returns receipt so I’m not forking out more money then if you don’t want the replacement they refund you on the receipt as well before they receive the goods back.
”

You have to register with Royal Mail and have a returns label emailed to you.

Purchased a dress from the international website and received a dress which was from another brand. Contacted customer service as the other brand sold the same dress for half the price. I was told to return using the free returns label to get a refund. I explained that as an overseas customer I would have to pay for the return postage. Customer service didn't offer any solution.

Packaging awful, all screwed up and crumpled, and to top it off you have print your own returns label, and we don't have a printer!!!!!! Will not be purchasing again in the future.

Fab clothes and quick service however the returns procedure is far too slow. It often takes in excess of two weeks- so if you’re relying on a quick refund in order to order something else you’ve got no chance
