“I got my Landlord’s Insurance for my HMO property through Forum Insurance. Charlie G was great throughout the process. That is kind of expected when taking out insurance. But the best bit is when I had a problem with broken windows caused by problem tenant, I wasn’t sure where to start. I immediately called Charlie asking for guidance on whether or not I was able to make a claim and how to make a claim. Charlie sprung into action liaising with the claims team of the insurers directly and assisted with every detail of the process. The best part is from start of claim to settlement, took less than 2 weeks. That is what I call triple A star service.”

“I contacted Forum recently due to an oversight in renewing a Policy - Sameer Ukaye was very helpful and provided quick and efficient advice, calling me back promptly with a renewal quotation and then proceeding to arrange for the policy to go on risk immediately - a very good service was provided and I would recommend Forum.”

“Sameer Ukaye's service was outstanding & supper efficient. I was very confused as we have 3 policies with Forum. Causing a lot of confusion due to so many emails. I was chasing invoices & amended documents. Sameer was so patient & took the time to explain all element in detail to ease my confusion. Outstanding customer service from Sameer, he even called me to check I was clear & happy & all documents were received.”

“It took exceptionally very long to get the first policy on 23 May, which was delayed for few weeks before we had our policy in place, that too without the Employer Liability certificate. We had to make lots of calls to resolve the issue. Mukeshbhai did his best to help. Thank you Mukeshbhai. We were issued a separate policy to resolve the Employer Liability insurance at an extra cost.”
