“Not a good experience
Bad experience, order a photobooth, didnt ship on time. Lots of mails back and forth, got an incomplete unit missing a controller unit for the touch, got a new one after a few days and a lazy excuse that customs stole the controller-box. Customs didnt open the unit - we have a custom free storage where the unit went into, so i would know if they wanted to control it.
Had to run first event without touch, with more than 1000 people it was NOT FUN.
Didnt want to offer any kind of refund.
Will not order any more from them.
I planed to order 5 mirrors in total for my rental fleet, now the business will go elsewhere.”
