“Ordering the camera and 16 gig card was pleasant and easy , the camera came when the chap said it would , one small hiccup the 16 gig card and the 3 year warranty did not come with the camera . A phone call resolved that issue , it was ordered near a bank holiday !!! Camera looks lovely but at 73 years old ( me not the camera ) it will take me some time to get used to it . “Absolutely fantastic price, service and support. I bought a camera over the Easter weekend so expected severe delays as they were not open, however my order came extremely promptly. They also offered three years warranty on my camera, which in itself shows fantastic customer service and commitment considering you have to pay a severe premium for that kind of warranty at other stores. I would absolutely recommend Fotosense. You'd actually be crazy not to buy from them.”

“I wanted a CF-DC4 case. Looking on Google, FotoSENSE gave one of the very best prices with the product in stock. I ordered on a Sunday. I was notified first thing on Monday that it had been posted, and it was delivered on the Tuesday. Super.”

“When I made my purchase of a Velbon mini camera stand, I was more than overwhelmed when it arrived because of the quality and the design, there were others on the internet at a much lower price, but what I saw when it arrived I was more than pleased with what I paid, the delivery was also at a very high standard, I use this when making wildlife sound recordings, by placing either a shotgun microphone or modern recorder on it, some times I walk many miles, some times over hills and dales, so I needed something such as this, yes I am a very happy person, thank you Photosence, I will never forget you, and I will view your company again should I need any thing, Regards Don Hepworth”
