“First Class. When I placed the order they initially said that there might be a delay on one of the Circular Polarizers as the were awaiting stock of a specific size. They asked if this would be ok. I said it was not an issue. However, a day ahead of the scheduled delivery day both filters turned up. Not only that but both were at a fantastic price. Well done guys.”

“Item I received was ordered on the 20th June 2016 and a delay in delivery meant it did not arrive until 7th July 2016. The item has a warranty for three years which is good knowing there was no charge for this. When opening the item I discovered no HDMI cable in the box or Software disc. I contacted the company who arranged to have a cable sent out to me and have received it. I am waiting to have a software disc to be able to edit my pictures r video's. I am pleased with the service I received and with the attitude of the lady whom I spoke with regarding the item. Would use the company again if I need to purchase in the future.”

“I was disappointed to learn that the camera ordered was out of stock temporarily and a date for delivery was later than hoped for. Eventually, the camera arrived several days ahead of the projected date so was delayed under a fortnight. Fotosense kept me informed. The camera was packaged well and was exactly as described.”
