“Very quick delivery, too quick even :-). Ordered with 3-5 day delivery, it was out for delivery the next day. Only problem I was not home, but I was able to choose a new delivery date without any hassle.”

“I was initially sceptical at buying online from Fotosense because it wasn't a company I had heard of but the camera I was buying was the best deal available. I needn't have been concerned as the camera arrived quickly (tracked delivery via Royal Mail so regular updates received) and all appears to be fine with contents - the camera is for my daughters Xmas present and I am sure she will be absolutely delighted with it! Overall good value for money, good delivery and comms and most importantly good product! Would recommend and use again myself.”

“I paid for next day delivery and they did arrive on time but my name had not been added to the parcel so that was a large error and luckily I managed to get the package. Cost was alright but if it was lower for the two film albums I would have bought more. But mostly positive!”

“I was looking for a good walking stool to replace two we had purchased (Chinese inexpensive) which had both collapsed. Our Walkstools the 45 Comfort were purchased from Fotosense due to their prices being just about the least expensive. They arrived well packed and promptly. The quality if far superior to that of the other stools and we are very happy with them. If you go hiking, rambling, fell walking etc. you need kit that can be relied upon; these fit the bill!”

“We are really pleased with our Nikon Travel binoculars. This was an excellent price compared to other stores. Though they weren't initially in stock Fotosense, nevertheless, sent them to us in just over a week. They kept us fully informed at every stage including the delivery date.”

“Fantastic company and service. I found the website easy to use, and ordering was very smooth. The price was also very good. Fotosense were very quick to dispatch the camera and it arrived fast. Fotosense also picked a great courier to use. The camera was delivered by DPD, which let me track the couriers location. The parcel came at exactly the hour that DPD estimated it would arrive. I'm very happy and will order from Fotosense again in the future.”
