“My confirmation e-mail was filtered out by my spam folder but when I enquired about my order by both phone and e-mail I got very prompt replies telling me the status of the order and they even resent me a confirmation e-mail (one for each of my methods of contact too!). This 5 stars is all for the fabulous and efficient customer service!”

“Happy for € 100,-- cheaper than in Holland. A Manfrotto MK290XTC3-3W Xtra Carbon Kit with 3 Way Head tripod € 159,-- including shipping. Dutch price € 259,-- free shipping. There was a small problem with the shipping which was handled very well by Holly from FotoSence. I recommended FotoSence as a professional friendly company.”

“200 ASA film is hard to find in the shops now. The deal represented outstanding value @ £2.66 per film and the customer service was excellent, with the goods arriving promptly and well packaged. I was a delighted first time user and would definitely use Fotosense again.”
