“Fotosense showed a good price for the camera I was after. Their web site was very informative and easy to use. The camera was dispatched very quickly when ordered. The case that was delivered was not the one I'd ordered but one of greater cost - presumably because the other was not available. However Fotosense made the change so as not to delay the order. I would happily use this firm again.”

“GaryFong Lightsphere collapsible kit - Fashion & Commercial: - Tested a fellow tog's kit on a fashion shoot and immediately knew I wanted it. Brilliant light diffusion, quick & simple to use and great results. Never been more happy using on-camera flash! Used on outdoor location shoot too and performed brilliantly! Fotosense: - Simple ordering and payment, competitive pricing, really good delivery tracking notification, delivered exactly when I was told it would be inside of a 1-hour slot, excellent service all round - recommended!”

“Very quick delivery of my item. The item was exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition. The price was great and I wouldn't hesitate in using them for my purchases again. My only worry was I didn't get an order confirmation immediately but I messaged the shop the day after and got a prompt reply and confirmation of dispatch.”

“I have used the site on a few occasions, mostly to buy filters. This time it was a tripod, which arrived after a couple of days in a secure and well-packaged parcel. DPD delivery service, that they use, was beyond reproach - I was able to re-arrange the delivery date and got the package within the hourly time slot that was texted to me in the morning.”

“I ordered a Pentax 50mm SMC DA F1.8 Lens which was in stock when I ordered but I received an email a couple days later saying no stock was available but it would be despatched a week later. As I wasn't in a hurry for the lens this wasn't an issue for me and sure enough the lens was delivered to me on the amended date. The good communication and accurate delivery date mean't that I would recommend Fotosense as long as your prepared to wait.”

“I'm very happy with my BENRO travel tripod. FotoSense promised to deliver between 7 and 10 days, but I've got it in 2 days only. I'll bookmark the site and buy from them again.”
