“Order delivered very promptly and was spot on with the 1hour given time slot given by their couriers DPD, which saved having to stay in all day. The order of a tripod bag was in my opinion over packed. It came in a very large box with loads of padding for an item that couldn't be easily damaged and could have been packed in a box ¼ of the size. Would not hesitate to use Fotosense again.”

“Fotosense are a great UK based supplier of photographic equipment, especially when you have specific or specialist needs. I ordered 2 bowens light stands, 2 brackets, and an umbrella and while stock was not available immediately despite the green "in stock" notification on the website, their about section clearly explains that often stock availability is based on their suppliers. Their customer service were very quick to reply to my request for an update, and even upgraded my delivery to compensate for the time taken to get the order. All in all, I received all of the ordered gear, well packaged in a single box within 7 days of the order. For non-urgent gear I will use them again. If urgently required, I recommend contacting them first to assure local stock is available.”

“I ordered a camera on Sunday requesting first class recorded delivery. On Tuesday I contacted Fotosense to confirm dispatch as I had not received an email. Prompted by my phone call, the camera was sent out and I received it the following day. I was pleased with this service but if I hadn't phoned I'm not sure when it would have been sent out. I was disappointed that the camera box is damaged, not ideal since it is a gift. It was well wrapped in bubble wrap so the box was most likely damaged prior to dispatch.”

“Having used Fotosense for my first digital camera many years ago I returned to purchase this flashlight at the cheapest price on the net. However 'cheap' is not everything as the purchase was matched with service - ordered midday and delivered in under 24 hours.”
