Ordered a Tripod for next day delivery but the carriers DPD failed to deliver. Fotosense sorted it out but a shame DPD let them down. Otherwise good service and well packaged.

Competitive pricing. Purchased a Panasonic Lumix FT5 and elected first class recorded. Ordered Thursday & delivered Saturday. Easy to use website and would not hesitate to recommend seller to family & friends.

I set out to buy a Sony mirror less camera(A6000) , ended up on Fotosense website [ after checking out the usual suspects(Curry’s PC world/Jessops, Amazone/eBay, etc) ]. Fotosense had the lowest prices. However I must add, they had a few bad reviewed online, mostly complaining about slow delivery. So called them up, checked if they had the camera readily available(yes, didn't want to trust the website, although it did say in stock). They guy on the phone was quick & polite- checked and confirmed they have one piece left. So quickly ordered it - that was around lunch time. In the evening, got an email from DPD (courier service) saying they have received my order details and will deliver it the following day – I thought ‘wow’, that was super quick. Next day, instead of the delivery, an email came from DPD, saying they didn't get the goods to ship and will advise when they are in a position to deliver it – I thought ‘damn’, should have listened to those reviews ! The day after that, came another email from DPD saying they are preparing for the delivery and hurray it came the following day in the morning – I thought ‘hmm shouldn't have panicked’. Well packed, product in good order. So conclusion, cheap, fast, good service, I would use them again.

Fotosense had the best selection of binoculars I found, the prices were the lowest too. I bought the binoculars that I wanted ,and the delivery was next day. thanks

The item ordered was out of stock, which I knew when ordering. As a consequence, I received confirmation of the order from PayPal but nothing from fotosense themselves - mildly unsettling but not too much so. The payment was taken from my Bank, as anticipated, but still nothing from fotosense. It wasn't until I checked (pretending to order again as a new customer) that I saw the item was now back to available. Then came that egg-on-face moment ....... I queried the status of the order direct with fotosense and literally about 10 minutes later the door bell went. One delivery from fotosense via Royal Mail 'Signed For' service. The main thing lacking in the transaction was communication. No order acknowledgement, no "Sorry, it's out of stock but the target date is xx/xx/xxxx", no notification of despatch, absolutely nothing till the doorbell rang. The actual transaction was handled perfectly satisfactorily but the lack of communication was a little perturbing. OK, not a big order (£70) but not knowing the status of the order has been a little off-putting. Previous transactions with fotosense (for 'in-stock' items) have been flawless and still show up on 'My Account' but this latest still hasn't appeared. At a guess, somehow the order hasn't tied across to previous transactions although the name/address/etc was picked up perfectly. A glitch in the system, no doubt, but just sufficient to take the frissant of pleasure off the order overall. As a side note - it's pretty darned annoying to find that an out-of-stock item reappears but now without postal charges. It's not the cost (£4), just the thought that I've had to wait for restocking when waiting and retaining the money would have had the same end effect but cost less. Tweak needed perhaps?

I thought the website was very easy to use. The delivery date was excellent, but it would have been nice to be able to send it as a Gift. I chose to have it sent directly to my sister, rather than to my home address, but it arrived too early for her birthday and it had nothing to indicate it was for a present. Other than that, I've heard from her to say she loved the chocolates and the photo lid and it didn't matter that it was an early present. As yet, we haven't had the key rings, which were ordered at the same time.

I was looking for a new telescope and luckily I came across Fotosense. I was amazed at the range and the prices. I ordered with no hesitation and my telescope was rushed to me in super fast time. I won't use any other site now.

Delivery arrived on time, unfortunately one item had not been sent. I rang them to tell them that the package had a shortage and they promptly dispatched the missing item which arrived the next day. Service was first class, no complaints here - would use them again and also recommend them to a friend.

First time user of fotoSENSE website. I found it easy to find my way around, entering my details and buying my Cokin filter holder. I received a confirmation email of my order and an email to say that my order had been despatched. The whole experience was easy and straight forward, I would buy again from fotoSENSE.

Very impressed with the Bowens 400w studios kit, the delivery and order process was very quick and easy and would highly recommend using Fotosense as the pricing is very competitive. If you can afford the extra £ it is worth getting the 400w Bowen Studio Kit rather than the 200w version as it gives you more flexibility. Integrates well with the other more powerful Bowens equipment but is still small and light for mobile use indoors or out
