“I ordered two items, a camera strap and a Bowens lightstream 530 with stand. Both were out of stock, the camera strap came within a couple of weeks, but the light took a month. However the Bowens 530 was out of stock across the country - I tried Wex, Calumet etc and everyone was waiting for stock. I needed this additional light for an assignment at the end of October and was starting to get a little anxious that it wouldn't arrive in time. I called Fotosense several times and always found them easy to get hold of, really helpful (in the circumstances) and when the lamp was in stock they shipped next day delivery with no charge to ensure I had it in time (I had a weeks leeway). So a bit nerve-wracking for me but Fotosense did all they could and more - recommended and will use again.”

“Camera was the best price available along with a couple of other reputable suppliers but Fotosense offered a 3 year warranty where others were only offering 2 years. After placing order did read a few reviews saying items ordered were out of stock and never arrived even though site did state "in stock" This wasn't the case with my purchase. Ordered on the 13th October, received on the 15th October even though I chose the free postage option. This was by fully tracked courier with online updates that informed me the name of the driver and a delivery time slot of 15 minutes which was accurate. Very pleased with service received. Thank you”

“Easy to find items and see stock levels. Price for 2 items was better than anywhere else I looked. Delivery was prompt. Pretty much how you would hope online ordering to function. Would use Fotosense again.”
