“Very rapid and efficient. However, I am concerned about use of my phone number - since placing the order I have had at least 7 nuisance calls per day between 9am and 9pm. Have had to put number blocks on my phone. Fotosense could be the only source of this number. I will not be using them again”

“My old camera had finally given up and with a big year ahead decided to invest in a quality travel camera. After some research I decided in the Lumix TZ100. Footsense was the best value, in fact I was able to purchase the camera and a case & spare battery for about the same price as the camera alone in some if the other stores. The customer service was spot on and the camera was delivered in time for a trip to Wales to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. I would highly recommend Photosense”

“I am not happy. I am still waiting for my product to be delivered. It said 3-5 working days, but nothing arrived. Only after having to phone Fotosense did i find out that there was an issue with the delivery and that I would have to wait another 7 working days! The lady dealing with my call was very apologetic and courteous and did everything she could to help, including offering me another colour camera that could be delivered earlier. Unfortunately the lack of communication about any problem with the delivery means that they rate only acceptable and it will be poor/very poor if it does not get delivered next week.”
