“An item advertised as in-stock was, in fact, not stocked and took a month to arrive. I had to chase up to find this out after the item didn't arrive. Item was still advertised as in-stock on the website while they awaited stock from their supplier which is very misleading.”

“The girl that I dealt with on instant chat, Holly, was very quick to reply and provide me with all relevant information. The delivery was very quick and the items were in perfect condition. The price that I got from FotoSense couldn't be beaten. Therefore, overall I would be very happy with the customer service on this occasion and wouldn't hesitate to purchase again with this company.
