“Fotosense sent out my order slightly quicker than I expected. They informed me by email it was on its way and when it arrived it was well packed and in good condition. I will use their service again.”

“I have been asked to complete this questionnaire seven working days after placing my order. It would be reasonable to assume that I had received the goods by now but the truth is, I haven't. Therefore, I cannot give an overall impression of how good or bad Fotosense is. The only features I can comment on are: - Pricing - Very competitive. Delivery - Poor. To be fair the parcel was delivered on Friday (it is now Monday) but unfortunately we weren't in. However, I had received an email from Fotosense on the previous Wednesday to say that the goods had been despatched by First class post. To my mind I should have received the goods the next day, Thursday. I waited in. This is not necessarily Fotosense's fault it could be down to Royal Mail. I can only report on the situation I find myself in at the time that I am asked to complete a customer satisfaction questionnaire.”

“Very quick delivery, I chose this company because they were UK based and registered with Companies House. Preferred to pay a legitimate price and have the satisfaction of knowing that warranties etc. are enforceable, particularly liked the way that the delivery company text to tell me an exact 1 hour delivery slot so no sitting around all day waiting !”

“Ordered the camera on a Thursday and delivery took place on a Saturday. Can't fault the service and also the great price, cheaper than any where else. Would definitely use again.”

“My order was received exactly when stated it was carefully packed and in good condition. The product is a Christmas present so has not yet been tested but looks good value. I would use this company again and recommend them to friends! 10 out of 10 for service.”

“I ordered the walkstool 60 a few weeks ago as it was out if stock. I was kept up to date about stock delivery and delivery times to me and received it yesterday so all in all a good job. The stool appears to be the genuine article and is really well put together. I've only tested indoors so far but can't wait to put it to the test in the great outdoors. The only quibble I have is that I was charged VAT on the delivery charge as well as the stool. It's only a few pence, but it's not necessary.”
