“Purchased vanguard gh 100 tripod head. Description excellent on site, best price on the internet, got 5% Xmas discount too. Paid the extra £2.18 for first class post. It was hear next working day. Would recommend this site”

“I ordered a tripod only a few days before Christmas with next day delivery. Immediately I received an order confirmation email, shortly followed by a dispatch confirmation; I was very impressed with the speed! I tracked the order online with Royal Mail and received next day as expected. And, I love the tripod :-)”

“Excellent service, super-fast delivery and great price! What's not to like? The Viking Navilux 8x42 binoculars are absolutely brilliant, much better in respect of clarity and brightness than my old 10x magnification ones. Well made, with a quality feel and not too heavy, I recommend these to anyone looking for an all round, general purpose pair, and you won't go wrong buying them from FotoSense!”

“Used fotoSENSE, a couple of times now I have always found the service to be excellent the prices are very competitive and they keep you informed of the status of your order. The dispatch of the items is of a consistent speed every time and if the item is on back order they let you know straight away will use fotoSENSE in the future as the range of products is very good and is the service.”

“Excellent website, easy ordering, great prices and fast delivery. DPD was the chosen courier - which is brilliant as they use sat tracking so you can see where your delivery is within a few minutes of accuracy. I would definitely buy from Fotosense again.”

“I ordered a pair of Binoculars on the 8th of December as a Christmas present. Despatch would be by the 12th December. The 14th arrived and no email saying they had been sent. I called customer support and they said Sorry, we'll look into it. I then received another email saying they would be dispatched by the 18th December. Guess what, its now the 23rd December and the only thing I've received from them is the survey email. Still no dispatch or tracking email and no present for my wife this Christmas. Don't order if you can't afford to wait. Back to Amazon for me”
