Very fast delivery, exceptionally nice people on the phone. To help customers and save yourself time, you could write on the invoice (item out of stock will be sent as soon as new stock arrives). This would stop people phoning to ask about out of stock items from their delivery and save you time answering the phone. This is a great company to deal with.

Not only was the backpack exceptionally good value, the delivery was fast and the item well packed. Realy looking forward to using it on winter holiday

Made an order on line on 13th, had an email on the 18th stateing a delivery in 3-5 days, phoned to complain and a lady on the phone told me it would be posted the next day 19th, received on the 20th. Far to long a wait, other company's can post the same day as ordering item. Reluctant to use again.

When I first ordered the camera I used the express delivery, after waiting a couple of days I thought it was a bit strange. I just let it be over the weekend, but then on the day I thought it came I received an email saying the camera was out of stock. How was I able to order the camera when it was out of stock?

I was kept informed that the ordered item was out of stock and awaiting delivery with an expected date, and that I coule cancel the order if I wished. I kept with it, and the item ended up arriving earlier than first thought!

As an organisation, you really pulled out the stops and in particular, when transactions did not go as well as it could. Holl receives a gold star from me because if she was not so patient and proactive then the deal would have gone elsewhere. Job well done guys!

Their sales representative Holly has been most helpful in trying to satisfy my needs for a particular product, making enquiries of the manufacturer, for example, keeping in regular email contact about my query regarding the product and finally assuring me that as the product in question does not, unfortunately, meet my needs, that I will be given a full refund and reimbursement of postage once the product is returned to Fotosense.
