“The order taken was completely wrong at every stage . 1. I paid for first class recorded meaning it should have arrived the next day. 2. The date processed wasnt until 5 days after my purchase which pushed the process back even further and there seemed to be no record of my actual purchase time 3.My order took over a week to arrive and had to be chased 3 times. The lady who helped me over the phone was extremely lovely and calm , so thankyou ! But it was very clear there was a lot of confusion - even my address was wrong! Very upset to have paid over £100 for the film and express delivery (i am a student) I had no film in time for my shoot which meant had to fork out more money for emergency film for the day and no offer of compensation or refund on my delivery costs I incurred . I ended up waiting over the estimated free delivery schedule which is supposed to be 3-5 days and paid for express. Imogen”

“I had a problem with an item that I purchased from Fotosense, however I was contacted very quickly by them and offered a replacement and also a refund of my return postage. I have now received both my replacement product and my refund - all completed very quickly, very politely and absolutely problem free. This is superb service; thank you Holly for your help and I will buy from Fotosense again and am happy to recommend you!”

“Commande jumelles HAWKE ED 8X43 (réf 38300 - nouveau modèle). Jumelles reçues totalement conforme à la commande et très bien emballées et protégées. Excellent prix (282€ port inclus). Seul bémol : un délai d'expédition un peu long (commande faite le 19 octobre - reçue le 31 octobre) et surtout pas de N° de suivi.... donc on reste un peu dans l'expectative durant cette période d'où la perte d'une étoile. Sinon rien à redire”

“I bought a backpack for my photography gear and I am very pleased with it. But I am more pleased with Fotosense as I managed to get the bag much cheaper than on the high street and other photography stores. Easy ordering process, quick delivery. Highly recommend.”
