“Their sales representative Holly has been most helpful in trying to satisfy my needs for a particular product, making enquiries of the manufacturer, for example, keeping in regular email contact about my query regarding the product and finally assuring me that as the product in question does not, unfortunately, meet my needs, that I will be given a full refund and reimbursement of postage once the product is returned to Fotosense.”

“My first order from Fotosense, firstly,price was very competitive and the website was easy to navigate. Delivery was fast and the item was well packed. The free extended warranty for welcomed. All in all a very pleasant experience!”

“I ordered a panasonic lumix FZ82 with a free extended 3 year warranty. My camera and accessories were delivered next day, well packaged. Fotosense were also the cheapest I could find. I cannot fault the service and would definitely use fotosense again in the future.”
