“I did a Google search for a tripod I was interested in and Fotosense came up as the cheapest non Amazon site. Ordering online was easy and straightforward, even for a bit of a technophobe like me. My tripod duly arrived within the timescale given, and even though I wasn't home to receive the parcel, the fact Fotosense used Royal Mail to deliver meant it was easy just to nip to my local Post Office branch to pick it up the next day. The tripod arrived undamaged.”

“I had a problem with an item that I purchased from Fotosense, however I was contacted very quickly by them and offered a replacement and also a refund of my return postage. I have now received both my replacement product and my refund - all completed very quickly, very politely and absolutely problem free. This is superb service; thank you Holly for your help and I will buy from Fotosense again and am happy to recommend you!”
