“I ordered my Gary Fong Lightsphere from Fotosense on 19th Decemebr 2014 and despite the Christmas post, received it on the 23rd December 2014 in time for Christmas day! My order was promptly dealt with and it came by First Class post and the Lightsphere has since proved to be a well designed and made product and a very useful item of flash equipment and I will not go anywhere without it now! I will use Fotosense again if they have want I am looking for at a good price.”

“I waited 16 days for 3 items to arrive. then I tried ringing to find out where they were. No one answered phone so I raised a ticket online. I got a reply within 1 day which told me that they only had 2 of my 3 items in stock and were waiting for stock to arrive of the third. They asked did I want them to send the 2 in stock and cancel the third. I said send 2 in stock and wait for 3rd to arrive. I then found that I could buy 3rd item from elsewhere who did have stock so sent another message to say cancel 3rd item but substitute it with a fourth. No reply so I didn't know if they were doing this. Nothing arrived so after 2 more days I rang and spoke to someone who sorted it all out and all 3 items arrived 2 days later. I was frustrated at first as I never got replies but satisfied at end as I did get all items I required and they cancelled the out of stock one. But if they had replied to all my messages I would have been happier at the start. So overall happy with what I got but feel that their system of communication needs to be altered if they want customer satisfaction.”

“Pretty satisfied with your customer service. But you chose the wrong delivery company (I chose DPD 48 hr, but finally Royal Mail came), and it is not faster than the free shipping. Thus, I require your company repay my shipping payment for £8.95. Thanks. Jixing”
