“First time I have used fotosense, I purchased a filter for a good price, delivery was quick and I also had a problem with the order, my fault entirely, which was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Will defineatly use them again.”

“Excellent service with good communication and very quick delivery. The options to use DPD for delivery is ideal as they email a one hour delivery time slot and payment via PayPal is also very handy. All in all I cannot find fault with Fotosense and if possible will certainly use again.”

“Good service and good price. I paid for the fastest delivery - DPD parcel 48hr from despatch. However, even though it was listed as "in stock", I had to telephone to get it despatched so it wasn't that quick after all.”

“Arrived within 2 days of ordering. Excellent product for bridge camera. It does what I was wanting: to be as small a bag as possible while still doing its job, to be waterproof (has a raincover) and to have the option of wearing it round the waist or over the shoulder.”

“I recently bought a Fujifilm EX-20 flash unit from Fotosense. The transaction was easy, and delivery was very quick. The flash unit arrived in good condition and had been extremely well packed by Fujifilm and well wrapped by Fotosense. It is very well built and has all the functions I require. As I have not had the opportunity to use it yet, I have given it 4 stars. However, I suspect that, once used, it will earn the full five stars. I cannot fault the service that Fotosense have given, which is worth 5 stars itself. I would recommend this retailer”
