“I needed a spare Quick release base to fit a Velbon tripod. I identified the Code number, but found that different supliers have totally incompatible items under the same ID. Called FotoSENSE who recognised the problem and identified the correct item which they also had in stock. I would recommend FotoSENSE as providers of an excellent service.”

“I made an order in December for three filters, I have received two filters, and I,am waiting for my order to be completed I have made two phone calls, one said my order will be with me in the next three days, So have just phoned again and this time I was told that you do not have it in stock. Now I am told it will be at the end of January , I will wait until then, if then I do not receive it , I will cancel, and shop some where else.”

“Prompt delivery and the products were well-packaged so did not come to any harm. However, the packaging for the camera batteries were extremely difficult to get into and I ended up cutting my finger on a piece of sharp clear plastic. Not Fotosense's fault but maybe they can feed back to SOny that the packaging is a health and safety risk!”

“I ordered a photo filter; everything was confirmed; I was alerted that it had ben posted and, despite being over New Year's day, it duly arrived in the post on the second morning, adequately packed and with no damage. Not a difficult thing to get right but perfectly performed.”
