“Was very pleased with the product ordered but was very disappointed with the delay in which the order was dispatched. Having placed the order on the 4th January and told it was in stock and that delivery was between 3 to 5 days I was not impressed when the product was not dispatched until the 8th January. This was rather misleading. It finally arrived on the 12th January.”

“Very good service and delivery - but the free 3 year guarantee card requests a lot of confidential information to be sent as an open post card through the post - all of which you already have on file from the internet order form - this is an unnecessary piece of bureaucracy which leaves customers wide open to fraudulent activity. Why don't you just request a phone call to register the product for extended warranty ??”

“Good communications via mail, excellent delivery. Not the easiest items to pack and contents of the inner box had 'broke free', abit of tape or a band could have prevented this but nothing could have been damaged so no harm done and outer box was very strong. Products were as described and I was very impressed with the Manfrotto flexible arm. Sale price the cherry on the cake. Will checkout the website next time I need to buy anything but I have quite abit of kit and I have had to finish work due to ill health so very reduced income. Overall a satisfied customer.”

“Straightforward and Helpful to deal with. The quote that you can get online for Part exchange is instant, and just requires email, not name address, telephone number etc. For me, the price of the new camera and the part exchange offered simply couldn't be beaten.”

“I purchased Navilux 8x42 binoculars after considering all the alternatives on the internet, at a similar price. Fotosense were offering the binoculars at a discount and were better priced than any competitor at the time. I am pleased with the binoculars which arrived promptly and I was pleased with the service provided. KL satisfied customer”
