“The item feels very well built and well grounded when fully extended. I like the fact the clip the hold the camera on the stand has a double clipping action in one motion to prevent accidental un-clipping. Very happy with this purchas”

“Every year before going on faraway holidays, I tend to buy last minute accesorizes for my cameras- mostly filters..Its like I know I risk not getting them before I leave, but, I order anyway..so, second year in a row, I bought Kood filters, last minute so to speak, and On both occasions I got them delivered on time..I will definitely order from Fotosense again..”

“Ordering process was good and simple but the fact that you shipped the wrong colour product was poor however you did redeem yourselves by making a very speedy swap out. To me the swap and associated phone calls to make it happen were unnecessary. My Daughter is thrilled with the product.”

“I have bought from them a couple of times. A bit pedantic when there are problems and not very reassuring initially. You get a blow by blow account of discussions they have with suppliers. Better to say up front if they will sort things with a rough deadline on when. All said though I'll use then again. For a very reasonable consideration I'll write some customer care protocols for them to assure 5 star rating. Ned Ward”

“Lighting stand was on special offer so very good value; the only complaint was that by the time I ordered, they only had one left in stock and I wanted two! Very fast service and the stand arrived well packaged. I would use Fotosense again.”
