“I was well please with the service and the quick delivery. Chatted to a pleasant person in the sales department gave me all the info I wanted then Placed the order on line. Simple and clear website for buying and payment. Kept up to date with delivery progress. Well pleased, Can not comment on any after sales problems as the camera works fine. I would certainly use this online retailer and recommend to folk.”

“I was a little concerned after reading the online reviews and more so when I could not get an answer when phoning the company. It turns out not to be a problem, I used the online support and got an instant response. The item arrived quickly and well packaged. All in all a trouble free experience.”

“Delivery was quick and packaged well. We was a little overwhelmed by the amount of parts but was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put together,it took around 40mins to construct. Have not been able to use yet as the weather has not been good but partner can not wait and is taken the opportunity to read how to use the telescope correctly as he has never had one before.”

“Was a good service but postage said Free and next day delivery. It is actually 3-5 days delivery. 4 days in my case. The products are good prices and easy to use but if it was more clear on postage it would be good.”

“Overall I was extremely happy with the service, and speedy responses to my queries raised, I received from Holly at Fotosense. Fotosense unfortunately couldn't supply my requested product in time for Xmas but offered an alternative item along with a free screen protector and 4Gb memory card. Although I didn't go with this alternative item I did change to another one which was sent out promptly and in time for Xmas. I was a little disappointed that I received the screen protector but no memory card. However as earlier stated I was very happy with the service provided. Keith W”

“First class service following an initial glitch. fotoSense pulled out all of the stops and got my order to me before Christmas, which probably wasn't easy for them to achieve in the circumstances. Excellent communications. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.”
