Please connect to the DayDay Band app the date and time will automatically correct itself.

It says it’s for kids but how small is the band. Also is it secure with just the studs rather than a watch type strap

Hi I received my fourbit yesterday and itsnt charging correctly? I have it plugged into main usb. Does it require a specific charger? Im using a samsung one?? If it doesnt connect il need to return it. Thanks

Hi, I bout a charger off this website for a fourfit last week. Unffortunately however it arrived as the wrong charger as I have a fourfit 2.0 and it arrived for a larger model, I was wondering would it be possible to exchange the charger for one that suits my fourfit

You pull off the strap and then put it into an adaptor. It should vibrate when charging. There will be 2 gold strips underneath on the correct side to put into adaptor.

As a new brand, using the other company mobile application like wearfit, it is not suitable, I think.

Charge up using a standard USB wall charger. Simply pop off the strap to reveal the end with the metal strips. Insert face down and hold the band firmly into the USB for up to 5 seconds to activate then leave to charge for around 20 minutes.

Try an adaptor- the ones you charge your phones with. Should vibrate when charging.

I recently purchased one from you. It arrived without a charging lead, and it wouldn’t even turn on. I think it was not the new model that I paid for. I emailed you about it and have had no reply which is very disappointing. I posted it back for a new replacement or refund and have had neither so far. Please sort it out it was a present for my daughter.

You do not need a chargwr. You have to charge it as soon as it arrives. Pop off the strap with the metal studs and plug into an adaptor. It should work-it worked for me.

How do I get in touch with FourFit? I've been phoning, sending emails etc. but cant get in touch with them at all. Bought a Fourfit watch and got a Wearfit instead. The watch doesn't look the same, don't count steps properly, doesn't measure heart rate properly, so cant tell for sure if it will do anything else right. It was a birthday present for my wife that's laying on the bookrack gathering dust as she don't want to wear it since it can't do any of the readings she is interested in. I feel totally ripped off
