Good products but bottles need looked at. Nightmare to get anythin out the pumps

The iced latte extensions bare no resemblance to the iced latte clip in ponytail. Apparently Foxy Locks changed the colour. Should have changed the name as the new ice latte has no coffee colour

Brigit has always been helpful and quick at responding. It’s just really concerning how long it takes to receive an order. It’s already been 3 wks and now been told it will be another 3-6 wks on top of that. There’s got to be some serious supply chain issues here, if there’s no guarantees for customers.

The extensions are great however the price increase is now justified. As I have been told the quality of the product has apparently increased but a £70+ increase on price is ridiculous

I bought the seamless 20 inch cinnamon hair extensions. I have really thick hair and it wasn't enough to fill my thick hair. I also bought the volumizing 20 inch cinnamon but it wasn't enough. It's too thin for me

The set of which you have purchased are for normal- medium thickness hair, we have the Superior & Luxurious sets which are designed for thicker hair.
