“Frames by Post sent out two frames to us. One was fine, the other was damaged to the point of being unusable, something that could only happen before they were packaged or they'd both have the same crack.
The frames remained in their packaging for 8 weeks as we awaited for the artwork we were framing, so the damage was noticed outside the return window. When contacted they claimed there was 'nothing they could do'.
I acknowledge the existence of a return window. However, I strongly disagree with the assertion that they are incapable of replacing the frame. I shall not be dealing with this company again, and urge you not to either.”
“Frame was exactly as I wanted. Choice of colour was great. My frame unfortunately arrived with a small split in the front acetate. On contacting frames by post they immediately sent out a replacement. Very impressed”
