“Good quality backpack with wheels. I was expecting that it would have a rigid telescopic handle to pull it but it dod not.Hence one star less. Otherwise great quality as usual from craghoppers”

“I had difficulty ordering via eBay because I could not get a combined postage rate for posting abroad but I contacted the company's website and their customer services were very helpful and resolved my problem. “It is perfect for what I want, my only issues is the way the straps in zipped into the back, its as neat and practical as it could of been. Also the mental bar in the back digs into your back which can be a bit uncomfortable when you only have a t-shirt on.”
