“Service was great, quick delivery, however in the middle of a return to change for a larger size. The size 10 winter fleece lined trousers are much snugger (too snug) than the normal kiwi pro stretch trousers which are pretty roomy on me as a standard size 10 long. I've re-ordered up a size to 12 long. Length was great, long fits me well 5'10, also when I tried on the fleece lining was lovely and warm!”

“ordered 3 pairs shorts of differing colours but came up of 3 same colour. contacted Karl and he sorted it for me. also order few days late arriving so contacted Karl again and again he helped. Impressed with his efficiency and with ease of contacting the company plus the quality and packaging of products when they arrived.”

“The product ordered was delivered on time and in good order however the size ordered was to small and narrow for my feet. So I have returned them this was no fault of Franticlix but more detail is required in the description of the product. I will wait and see how the the return policy goes before I make my final decision on my rating”

“The ordering process was easy. Karl Liddle was very helpful when I phoned for information. I very much like the shirts; trousers ran small to size. I sent them back and reordered larger; eagerly awaiting delivery.”

“The service to Australia was very quick, I expected to receive the item 5-10 days after dispatch and it came in 7. THe Franticelix website was easy to use and I really like the jacket, it looks really nice. I just hope it will be warm enough. There's a really helpful warmth scale from Craghoppers on the tag on the jacket, it would be great if that was on the description on the website. I'm glad I ordered the size I did as if I had have gone off the size guide I would've ended up with a jacket that was way too big!”

“The speed of service from order to delivery was very good. The main trouble was that the shirts I ordered were advertised as Craghoppers Nosilife long sleeved shirts, the snag was that they were actually nosidefence shirts which are completely different. I decided to keep the shirts as there is some defence against biting insects. A real pity as I really would have liked Nosilife ones.”
