“I purchased a similar item 10+ years ago which has been invaluable. However, the straps are a much better design in this craghopper backpack. It is ultra lightweight and waterproof. Even great for packing your toiletries and other liquids into for holidays. Any leakage will not contaminate your clothes in the suitcase. I have used for a days trekking or just walking the dogs (usually with my camera in it) protected from the rain. Love the yellow colour but also purchased the black. Really recommend. My only criticism is the postage took a week.”

“Very quick delivery. Excellent price compared to other online retailers. Unfortunately the item I bought didn't fit and I could tell exchanging would be still no good for my body shape so I returned and asked it could have refund. Just got refund now super quick. Would buy from here again. Thank you .”

“I bought a pair of trousers. They arrived quickly and were great quality but too short. I contacted them and the returns process was very quick and easy and the refund made speedily. I think the returns procedure working so well is a fantastic sign of the service offered and received. Certainly, as a potential online customer, I want to know this in advance.”
