“Ordered item 10th March, they input incorrect Eircode so my delivery rider has gone AWOL, big problem despite contacting courier and freddy jeans numerous times, one is blaming the other.
I have looked for a refund afew times but nothing, absolute disgrace, I will be taking this further legally”

I do not recommend, since everything has to be paid beforehand, did not get refund from my return (they claimed they haven't got it at all, had to pay for the shipping and return myself too so lost extra 25 euros for that!) and jeans are poor quality. You don't even get a sticker with the return address when returning the item, so you have to do a lot of work with the return (buy packaging, attach a return form BOTH inside and outside pocket of the package) write the address on the package and so on) Customer service is rude and you will not get your money back!”
“I have ordered numerous Freddy jeans/ pants. Most I have kept, but had to return 2 pairs. The process is so simple and stress free. There was never a need to follow up as service and refunding was very efficient. The few pairs I have kept, I absolutely love and Wear them all the time. I highly recommend the company.”
