“I, order a led light stand back in 12/2020 it was not what I expected. I mailed back product to tell them to credit back my credit card. As of this date 4/3/21 I have never received a call, e-mail nothing!! I have also e-mailed them three times no response. I will never order anything from them again. Buyer Beware....”
“I made 2 separate orders one in November and one in December. They billed me for 3 orders. They said I could return the third order for a refund but I have not received anything yet. The third order was the same time as the second. I am extremely disappointed in the company. They did not want to listen to me about any of this.”
“DO NOT ORDER FROM FREE DIAMOND PAINTING! All reviews are the same. I placed an order in May and never received it. I have tried to email customer service about 30 times. And I have tried to call / no one ever answers the number. I think it’s a scam. They send automated messages constantly and don’t care at all. I eventually received a refund for only half my order- which was weird in it self. They said my item was arriving then not arriving then arriving and then refused my refund. I had to pay half for absolutely nothing. They eventually stopped answering me despite my persistance. Horrible customer service”
“I placed orders April 24, April 25, and May 31/2020 all the while being reassured by customer service that my shipments were on the way even though the tracking provided for the Chinese shipments never worked. June 1/2020 they informed me they could not ship to Canada. June 4/2020 it was agreed that they would refund all of the money paid to them - $266.20! I only received two payments of $29.99. When I questioned this via email (more than once) I never received a reply. On July 23/2020 the small Chinese shipment from the April 25 order ($19.85 S&H only) arrived! Rechecked online tracking - was picked up by courier in China June 2/2020 then went to Istanbul, Turkey, before eventually making it's slow way to Canada. And one of the two items in the package was damaged! Still no further refunds. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.”

“I ordered white tiger. When I open it you could not tell what it was. Also it was smaller then expected. I finished it still can't tel what it is. I have ordered from different daimond painting they where bigger for the same price. When u open them you knew what it was before you started. The canvas was not sticky so it took longer to put the daimond on. Also the daimond are bigger then the canvas. Will never buy from you guy again.”
“Ordered a painting which took about 3 months to get here not 30 days. Missing diamonds and they said I had to buy them even though they have a missing diamond guarantee. Canvas was not sticky had to keep gluing it as I went. Diamonds didn’t fit in the canvas I had to cut a bunch in half to make them fit”
“I ordered 2 of the same for my daughter and her friend to do. I received 1 of the 2. I contacted them straight away and after getting the run around as I sent an email once a week until I got an answer they agreed to send me a new one and gave me a new tracking number. The tracking number was for an order shipped and sent to the wrong address in a different Country. Its been almost 3 months since my order and still only have 1 of the 2 I ordered. Save yourself time and stress use a different company.”
