“ I ordered a few items for next day delivery and paid considerably extra to receive my items the next day fora family birthday. ”

“ Never received my prints, they changed the due delivery date and then still failed to deliver . Had to wait extra days to log that they hadn’t shown up . Have requested re prints but will see if they turn up .worried as I’ve also ordered a canvas and fridge magnets that they’ve changed the delivery date on too . ”

“ When ordering they will tell you a guaranteed delivery date. Once the order ships the delivery date doubles. Customer service just give bullcrap deflectiinary responses that are more aggravating than helpful. Why lie? Tell people orders take a few days to process then 7-10 days to ship, don't make fake BS promises then change it once people have paid. Scummy company ”

“ Still waiting for my prints 10 days after the so called delivery date. I mailed them but there's only an automated response...... it isn't our polocy to reprint yet. Please contact again .. (on date that was 4 days way. ) I will try again tomorrow... I'm not holding my breath. Also they charged me for 31 of the 76 prints + delivery.. so not free. Won't be ordering again. ”

“ Not happy at all. First I was offered free delivery but that disappeared so had to pay before I could submit my order. Photos arrived a day later than promised and they have printed ones that I didn’t tick. Also printed a few of them twice or three times and so ones that I wanted were missing . Others had a half inch border on either side. Quality bad. ”
