Always been happy with FreePrints but AVOID AVOID AVOID FreePrints Cards. I ordered 8 days ago and they still haven’t dispatched the order. I ordered some chocolates from them to tell me 6 days after ordering that they were out of stock! Inconsistent, incompetent customer service. Buy your cards/gifts elsewhere.

Terrible customer service, have no idea where my delivery is and just refunded the money weeks later. Was a present for my mums birthday too, they don’t care so hope this post helps someone not making the same I as did purchasing from them

They took my money I did not receive my order
I asked for tracking I was told they don’t have tracking because they use a cheaper delivery service to save money
Asked for a refund don’t receive that either!

Horrible! The ornaments were dull, dark and lackluster! I would put them on my tree or anywhere else! Could give the one as a gift embarrassing! Customer Service said they printed the pics a received...my a** they did. The pictures of my dogs were perfect, lightening and shine. I'm afraid to see what the Christmas cards will look like! Never again! My first and last order from this site!

Order didn't arrive, was for my father's birthday so really disappointed. AI customer service cannot sort or resolve anything. Not able to speak to actual human.
Really poor customer service on top of order not arriving.

First time using and my photos are MIA. They can't provide any tracking. Customer Service is AI, which is maddening. I finally got an email from a person and I got my refund but will not use again.
