“I'm still waiting for an address to return after 3 months!
I am so disappointed with Free Bailey's service
I ordered 2 for 1 black wigs on their offer they had at the time. They sent me a blonde one instead. They completely ignored the fact that that the decription of the order said 'black wig'.
I did not order a blonde wig and yet Free Bailey sent me a Blonde wig.
I have emailed FreeBailey almost 20 times and found that I never got a straight answer or they didn't read my complaint as they asked the same question over and over again. It would have been nice if they would at least acknowledge their error in sending me the wrong product at least. I feel it's not right to pay for something I did not order.
I went through all the steps immediately in what they state in their Terms and conditions about asking for a refund, and yet I can't get anywhere.
I asked them about 10 times for the address to return the wig back so that I can get a refund. The following paragraph, is what their response was, bear in mind, this response was after almost 3 months of asking for the address, ... yet still no address has been sent:
"Hello, we do not bear the cost of return. You need to send the product back, and then we will check whether the product you sent back is damaged and refund your corresponding cost (not including shipping). When you confirm, we will send the address to you, I need to wait for your decision"
Question; how can I send the product back without an address? I still don't have the answer to this question (after 10 times of asking over 3 months) and they still deny that they sent me a blonde wig or have sent me an address for refund.
This is their last email to me. It is just one line... which does not make any sense:
"Hello, please provide another order number to buy the website, we will verify it."
Buy the website?
It seems to me as though they are avoiding giving me a refund. Appalling customer service. I am extremely disappointed.”
