“I have been playing this site for quite a while, and been convinced to make puchases for instant cash back. It is never instant. After binging to meet a goal, I was able to cash out a substantial amount to my paypal account. Instead of it going to my paypal, they gave me a gift card for Google Play, which I can do nothing with. So, stupidly I took that and put it back into freecash to at least get something back by meeting another goal. I met the goal. After 3 days of waiting, It was not honoured. I sent them a message. Their response was "my offer will not be credited on based on unusual activity within the app. We are unable to go into more specific reasons regarding your offer but you can click on the link below for relevant terms of Service". I click on the link and it does not work. I will copy and paste this message to iGaming Ontario, the Better Business Bureau of Canada and any other review site until this has been resolved.”
