I've ordered knee sleeves - recived two left ones. Guys have explaind to me it works that way. No hard feelings. Feedback up'ed.

Hi Thank you for recent Feedback on our Knee Sleeves. May I bring to your attention that the knee sleeves are not handed Left or right, just like a pair of socks. The knee sleeves are sized in small medium and large only. If you are dissatisfied with our products then please contact our customercare team immediately. If you wish to return them in an unused condition we can offer a full refund. We hope this resolves the issue. If so may we ask that you reconsider your feedback. regards Freedstrength.

Hi Jon, We are sorry that you have not received your items. Reading your review is the first time this issue has been brought to our attention. After investigating the matter we have found that during purchase your gave the delivery address: 8 North Lane Postcode:- Sp5 1ng After the order had been processed and dispatched we then received a message from yourself stating a change of address. The message has been copied and pasted below:- Hi Apologies, I placed the incorrect address for delivery. Can you please send to: 16 franklin close Tidworth SP9 7FQ United Kingdom Kind regards Jon We are sorry to here that you have not received your items and we always try to resolve any issues. In this instance the items had been shipped to the delivery address given at the time of purchase. regards freedomstrength

Hi, I own both addresses, however, 8 North lane is being renovated at present with no one there to sign for parcels.   No parcels from Freedom Strength have been delivered to either address so I have yet to receive the product which I purchased. I received a delivery note stating that the parcel had been attempted to be delivered but, due to there being no one there it had been returned to the Royal Mail depot.  Looking online a second attempt has been made and apparently the parcel has been signed for by myself at 10:33 on the 15th November 2017.  I was at work at this time 20 miles away so did not take delivery and have no clue as to where this parcel may be.  In essence, I still have not received my product to which I provided full payment. I am yet to receive my order of which I have paid and I am obviously disappointed and disgruntled.  I would expect that a refund is made or the products provided after an investigation in the reason for the failure in delivery.  If there is anything you need from me to help facilitate and expedite his matter then please do not hesitate to contact me. Hi Jon-Marc, Thank you for your reply and explaining why the address given at the time of purchase is unoccupied at present. As already stated in our previous reply the item purchased was immediately processed and shipped to the address supplied by yourself. Royal mail have attempted delivery. Why we have a signature for the item I am unsure. Have you checked with your neighbours. If your could email our customercare team at customercare@freedomstrength.co.uk with all details i.e dates delivery was attempted, tracking numbers and any other information relevant and we will contact the Royal Mail to find out what has happened to the parcel. regards Freedomstrength
