“Not a particularly bad experience but I ordered two weight plates as shown on eBay but you only had one in stock so order could not be honoured. To be fair you refunded me very quickly with an explanation. Thanks. ‘Thank you for your review, would you mind revising it or changing your rating now your issue has been dealt with. Click the link below to edit your original review.’ Well not really! At the end of the day you were unable to provide the goods you advertised, whatever the excuse it would be difficult to say I received good service. This experience will not put me off purchasing from you in the future and I’ve been very happy with your communications.”

We apologise for not being able to complete your purchase. Over the last several months we have had a new website go live. www.freedomstrength.co.uk. During this time our inventory between ebay, amazon and website has become outdated. Now that the website is live we hope that all products are now showing the correct quantity. Hi Jon, We are sorry that you have not received your items. Reading your review is the first time this issue has been brought to our attention. After investigating the matter we have found that during purchase your gave the delivery address: 8 North Lane Postcode:- Sp5 1ng After the order had been processed and dispatched we then received a message from yourself stating a change of address. The message has been copied and pasted below:- Hi Apologies, I placed the incorrect address for delivery. Can you please send to: 16 franklin close Tidworth SP9 7FQ United Kingdom Kind regards Jon We are sorry to here that you have not received your items and we always try to resolve any issues. In this instance the items had been shipped to the delivery address given at the time of purchase. regards freedomstrength

Hi, I own both addresses, however, 8 North lane is being renovated at present with no one there to sign for parcels. No parcels from Freedom Strength have been delivered to either address so I have yet to receive the product which I purchased. I received a delivery note stating that the parcel had been attempted to be delivered but, due to there being no one there it had been returned to the Royal Mail depot. Looking online a second attempt has been made and apparently the parcel has been signed for by myself at 10:33 on the 15th November 2017. I was at work at this time 20 miles away so did not take delivery and have no clue as to where this parcel may be. In essence, I still have not received my product to which I provided full payment. I am yet to receive my order of which I have paid and I am obviously disappointed and disgruntled. I would expect that a refund is made or the products provided after an investigation in the reason for the failure in delivery. Hi Jon-Marc, Thank you for your reply and explaining why the address given at the time of purchase is unoccupied at present. As already stated in our previous reply the item purchased was immediately processed and shipped to the address supplied by yourself. Royal mail have attempted delivery. Why we have a signature for the item I am unsure. Have you checked with your neighbours. If your could email our customercare team at customercare@freedomstrength.co.uk with all details i.e dates delivery was attempted, tracking numbers and any other information relevant and we will contact the Royal Mail to find out what has happened to the parcel. regards Freedomstrength

Hi Julie, thank you for your reveiw. Due to the high demand for our belts we have limited stock at present. Our manufacturer has given us a provisional timescale that more belts will be available in two weeks. We have asked all of our customers to either place a back order or check the website regular. if you would like to place an order please contact customercare@freedomstrength.co.uk.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with our service. Your purchase was a large order of Jordan Fitness Products some of which were out of stock. We agreed that when the items had been restocked we would ship the order immediately which we did. We did offer the option of receiving part order on the initial purchase and the remainder would be sent when they became available, this was declined by yourselves.

Hi Jamie, We are sorry that you feel the item was not suitable for you. The Palm guards are designed to prevent calluses and improve grip during weightlifting/ crossfit and gymnastic movements. If you would like advice and info on the type of guards you may need then please contact our sales team who are more than willing to help out.
