“Don't let the "premium" moniker or the homebuilder guarantee fool you. This company employs cowboys at the lowest possible price and the results are as you would expect. Nearly 5 years after moving into our new "premium executive" home, we continue to find issues caused by poor tradesmanship.
Plumbing in particularly appears to have been skimped on, we have had multiple serious leaks (see pictures of our kitchen ceiling above the family bathroom, caused by incorrect installation of shower and bath), all toilets consistency block and the absolute disgrace of the installation standard only becomes apparent when we try to get these things fixed.
This is in addition to cracked floor tiles due to poor installation, incorrect laminate used in the kitchen not coping with moisture and a litany of other things.
Very disappointing on an expensive family home.”
