“Ordered from them on 12/1/25, was aware that during holiday season, and it being a hand crafted jeweler it would take longer than what was stated on there website for the product at 1-2 weeks. I gave 3 weeks as leeway. I still do not have the product I ordered, it hasn't been shipped or even in the process of being shipped. And its been 6 weeks.
I could forgive the issue if it wasn't for them stating even after waiting 6 weeks they would have to extend another 12 business days (2.5 weeks) because it didnt meet there standards during there quality control. Of which i'll call bull on.
It may seem silly to write a bad review on this but ill give a small background, ive ordered gold jewelry before online, my wedding ring was a custom made piece from Israel as well as my wife's, both of which ordered near Christmas time as well, mine was prepared and shipped in 3 weeks hers in 4. Again, custom made. And this other shop claimed it would take longer due to the nature of the pieces. AGAIN, not a product that they have a previous design plate for, but made custom.
This company, fresh trends, has stock for all there products. What I mean is even if it made by order, they already have the design drawn up and it just needs to be made and tested from there. I ordered a barbell, a literal straight rod with a few middle bezels. Not something with like golden vines coming out and flowers blooming but literally a straight bar. Not only that but to claim 2 weeks and take 2 months, I will not be using there shop again. I will be steering clear of them from now on.
They will not last if they plan on falling way short from there claims they post.”
