“I had to find a place to get a huge order done for our company in minimal time with little instruction on what we needed. Kyle was very responsive immediately. I probably had at least 10 different changes but he got back to me so quickly with the invoice and even helped with making the final product a rush when we weren't able to process payment when expected. I was so happy we were able to get it all done for our final date. I'm so grateful for the service, especially when I myself was getting a headache from all the adjustments. Kyle kept such a cool head and was so kind. A+++ service.”

“I've ordered a couple of shirts from here (online submission, in-store pickup) and have been really happy with the quality and fast turnaround. Once I put an order in online, and called asking if they could expedite. The person who answered said he would make sure the T-shirt got printed by EOD, and it was!. My only complaint is that the hours are a little inaccessible for someone who wants to avoid the wait times of delivery by picking up in person, and does not work nearby. However, I think most shops on Queen Street close around a similar time so later hours may not be the norm around this area.”

“I love ordering shirts from here. I order them for birthday's etc. I had a small issue and contacted FBT and they worked with me to help get me what I wanted. I would def recommend them to everyone I know!”

“So, I wanted to create a special t-shirt to give to my wife for her birthday. I searched the internet for custom t-short manufacturers and found Freshly Baked and since they were in Toronto, they seemed like a natural choice. Designing the shirt online was easy-breezy and when I went to check out I was told that my short would arrive within 14 days (which was fine, by the way - this wasn't a last minute thought). Much to my surprise and delight the finished (and completely awesome) shirt arrived in my office with 48 hours having been couriered in a lovely reusable cloth bag. Thanks guys!”
