We ordered $4300 of new kitchen appliances and had a terrible experience. Our scheduled delivery date was eight days after purchase, which is a long time when you need a new refrigerator. The delivery was confirmed the night before for between 8AM and Noon. I took the morning off work to be there for the appliance arrival. The delivery did not come. At 12:30pm I called Frigidaire Customer Service and was told it was running late, but would arrive within minutes. At 1:15PM I called customer service again and was told it may or may not be delivered. During this process we never received a call or any communication from the delivery team. The Frigidaire Representative was cold and indifferent when I told her I needed to go to work. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told to hold. The customer Service rep returned to the line and would not let me speak to a supervisor. I asked for a $50 credit on my delivery fees for the inconvenience and was told no. The only options the rep gave me was to keep waiting and hope the delivery would be made or cancel the entire purchase of three appliances. I cancelled the entire order and will never do business with Frigidaire again.

Worst company and servic ever. Fridge entire cooling.sytem broke just after a year. Been 5 weeks now with no fridge. Everytime they say the parts will be in they're delayed yet again...third time delayed now. Customer service 0 help.

I purchased a fridge, stove, and dishwasher through Home Depot. Within 5 weeks the electronics panel in the range needed to be replaced, and AGAIN at 5 months. When contacting customer service they refused to let me speak to a supervisor, or provide an email address where I could send my concerns. At six months the dishwasher would no longer drain. Once again contacting customer service, using literature provided at purchase I was on hold only to discover the call centre was in the US, transferred to Canadian call centre more time on hold. Processed warranty request, asked for ref#, and was told did not require one. Next step contact their service provider, who asked for a ref#!!! Was told they would call back within 24 hrs, and service 48 hours after that. No call received, called back 3 days later and was told they were waiting for the "travel" radius for repair to be extended, but the person who could do that was now off for two days. What they were doing for the last 3 days is beyond me. Still waiting for repair.
